Life satisfaction

Out of 34 European countries surveyed in November 2014, Albanians are listed among six populations that have the lowest level of life satisfaction, with 61.3% of people being very or fairly satisfied with their life in general. Other countries listed at the bottom of the list are Romania (54.9%), Portugal (51.2%), Serbia (48.1%), Bulgaria (44.2%), and Greece (40.7%).

The five populations that have the highest number of people satisfied with their life are Denmark (97.6%), Island (97.4%), Sweden (95.8%), Netherlands (95.5%), and Finland (94.2%).
