In order to promote online deliberation through the use of web 2.0 technologies (facebook, twitter, blogs, youtube, wikipedia) EUNACAL Institute has set up a platform that aims to facilitate online discourse (in Albanian & English) between students & business managers and politicians & policymakers of Tirana and Brussels.
